Happy Halloween {banner) PPC

(This is my second post today.) I am excited to share my first project as a designer for Perfect Paper Crafting!

For all the details on how I made this, and to see the AMAZING tools used, you can click here.

Seriously though, I had not ever seen or heard of these tools (or the company) until I applied for their design team, but once I had the tools in my hands and had a chance to work with them, I realized how easy they were to use. I reach for them more often than my trimmer now! They are super easy to use and they help save time by not having to worry about measuring and centering everything. I wish I would have had these years ago!

Trick or Treat {card and treat cone}

Hi! Halloween is quickly approaching, and in the spirit of the holiday, I decided to create a fun gift set.

I used the Tuxedo crinkle ribbon from the Celebrations bundle on both, and added some Orange Jute String from the Jute Ribbon bundle to add some more texture and color to the card.

pp and stickers: Crate Paper Thirty One

fabulous

Today I am sharing a layout using The Memory Nest Make it Monday No. 48 sketch.

The last time Ashlyn went to the beach with us she found a dead baby shark and picked it up, much to the dismay of me, but, being the good scrapper I am, I took photos. And, yes, she used plenty of hand sanitizer. ;)

Rest In Pieces {card}

Hi! I am so excited to share that I have been asked to be a guest designer for the As You See It Challenge blog this week!

Here is the card I created for challenge #106.

I expanded the sketch a bit to suit my design, but that is the beauty of a sketch; it can lead to inspiration that might not be had otherwise.

I added some white ink around the edges of the card as well as the headstone to give it a cobweb-like appearance. I also added some small clear seed beads to the larger orange sequins.

To see the sketch this was based off, as well as the awesome work from the design team, head over to the AYSI challenge blog.

pp and stickers: Pebbles Thirty One collection
